Nóos S.r.l., according to the provisions of the current Ethical Code of Confindustria Dispositivi Medici, undertakes to make public every year, within 30th June, on its own institutional website the amount of the value transfers related to the year preceding the one of publication, directly or indirectly in favour of professionals, healthcare organizations and third parties having office in Italy.

The included values are published in euro currency and are to be intended net of VAT.
The reported data refer to the current year independently of the actual performance of the activity in the indicated year.
